VibeFlame Return & Refund Policy
At VibeFlame, we take pride in creating high-quality, intentional candles that elevate your mood and space. While we do not accept change-of-mind returns, we are committed to ensuring you receive a product you love. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to make it right.
Returns & Replacements
We do not offer returns for change of mind, but if your candle arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
To start a return or replacement request, email us at hello@vibeflame.com with:

A clear photo of the issue (damaged candle, incorrect item, etc.)

A brief description of the problem
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide next steps, including a possible replacement or refund where applicable. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your candle is broken, leaking, or otherwise defective, reach out immediately so we can assist you. We may require photographic evidence to assess the damage and offer a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Candles that have been used or burned

Gift cards

Sale or promotional items

Items returned due to change of mind
Exchanges
Since we do not accept change-of-mind returns, the best way to receive a new candle is to place a new order after reaching out about any product concerns.
Refunds
If your return or refund request is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at hello@vibeflame.com so we can assist.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Proof of purchase is required. To initiate a return, please contact hello@vibeflame.com.
