Processing & Production Times
Each VibeFlame candle is hand-poured and made to order with care. This means 1-2 business days of production time before your order is shipped. Once your candle is poured, packed, and ready to go, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear. If you haven’t received your tracking details within 5 business days, feel free to reach out to us at hello@vibeflame.com.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
VibeFlame is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please check with your local carrier or contact us—we’ll do our best to assist.
